• Users must adhere to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• The Bot may have limitations or restrictions, including rate limits or specific features only available to certain users.

3. Prohibited Actions

• Do not abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Bot.
• Do not use the Bot for illegal activities, harassment, or spamming.

4. Liability

5e-bot is not liable for damages, data loss, or misuse of the Bot. The Bot’s functionality may change at any time without notice.

5. Termination

The Bot owner reserves the right to terminate access to the Bot at any time, for any reason.

6. Changes to the Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

The Bot collects only the necessary data to function, such as user IDs, messages, and server data. No sensitive personal information (e.g., passwords, billing data) is collected.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored temporarily and deleted after its intended use. Long-term logs (if applicable) are anonymized.

• Users can stop data collection by removing the Bot from their server.
